Amber's room

Hello, I see you are looking for a room to rent. I have one I am renting out. Rent would be about $800 per month, but that includes water/trash, internet, and electricity. There is a two car garage currently used as a fitness/workshop space. I have a very friendly, five year old dog who stays in my bedroom when I am not home. Please let me know how any of this sounds and maybe we can meet for an interview/tour.
