Note: I am not looking for myself.

I helping my mom fill a room in Riverside, CA, which is currently furnished with a bed, dresser and computer desk. The bathroom is across the hallway from the room. The apartment is very close to the Tyler Mall. Please note that this posting is for one person due to occupancy limitations. There is free street parking.

My mom is an introvert, sleeps a lot, has a peaceful lifestyle and is a homebody. She has two grandchildren who visit from time to time, or whom she may occasionally babysit overnight. Her room has a bathroom inside, so she will not use the bathroom in the hallway. An ideal roommate would also be peaceful, financially stable and reliable, and not have a lot of company going in and out. A not ideal roommate is someone who plays loud music, hosts gatherings and parties, has pets, does not work consistently and is not steadily generating monthly income.
