Separate bedroom, shared kitchenette with access to full main floor kitchen any time, shared bathroom. Bedroom is on the west side of the house so lots of windows and sunny but with room darkening shades. (AC will be provided during summer!) Entrance to house from main front door. Space is 12.6’ wide and about 25’ long, closet included. Access to beautiful backyard, deck, small pond, etc.
Beautiful 100 yr old Portland home in Montavilla/N. Tabor neighborhood walking distance to Mt. Tabor park, food carts, restaurants, Fred Meyer, Providence hospital and much more. Sorry, no pets at this time.

My husband and I live on main floor; he works during the day but I am home or in and out all day. We want our home to be a peaceful and no-crazy space for everyone!! We are not looking to chat it up every time someone walks in the door but we are always welcoming and glad you’re home! We are not rule oriented except if you borrow it, Return It Immediately and be kind and considerate of others especially the flat mates!! We have an occasional house party and/or share meals, treats or sippies. A small, 11 yr old chocolate pom doles out love, licks and wags. But, no other pets at this time. Yes, this is a hard & fast rule unfortunately.
