Single story home with a huge back yard 3 bedrooms 2 bath. The bath room will be mainly renters ubless house guests if other tenants are over. Shared kitchen, living room and laundry. A little bit of storage in the garage. House is Google friendly, can turn lights on and off with voice command. Central air heating and cooling. Less then a mile walking to bart and downtown castro valley. 13 minutes drive to Chabot college and 12 min drive to cal state east bay university.

I’m a single mom of a 10 year old daughter that I have 50% of the time and every other weekend. I have chickens, 2 cats and a dog. That are all animal and people friendly. If you like animals this is the best house to get animal therapy. I work during the day and home in the evening and nights. I also work most Saturdays. And I travel a bit.
