This is a three bedroom home and we are looking to fill the master bedroom with its own bathroom by December 1st! It is a month to month lease. You would be living with two other roommates, myself Cody and Conor .Conor is 23 & im 25 both enjoying what Bend has to offer enjoy going out to get a drink and play pool. Both of us work during the weekdays and we try to keep the kitchen and communal areas clean but are not clean freaks. I do have a Dalmatian that’s 4 years old and deaf but unfortunately we cannot have any other pets in the house

There is plenty of storage with the garage and shed and a big yard with a patio. We have gas heating no central ac so we have personal units In our rooms and garage. There’s gas fireplace along with washer and dryer and a very open front living room.

Rent is $830 a month along with $100 a month in utilities with a $950 security deposit.
