Rio's room

this house is located about a mile up the hill from downtown Ashland! Across the street from our house is a trail that connects up to lithia park! The trail has a bunch of pears and apple trees and there’s a lot of wildlife at play here. It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom house. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer on the property. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we have a little pond in the background, it’s quite peaceful.

My roommate and I are both working in customer service and going to SOU! We are 22 and 23, and are looking for people that want to maintain a clean space and understand communication and respecting boundaries. We really enjoy the arts, such as films, music and other mediums. We also really love cooking food and having small gatherings at our house. Looking for someone like minded to share this space with :)
