It is a nice spacious room with a large closet and plenty of space on the window sill for plants. It is carpeted, but they have a vacuum for you to use. It also comes unfurnished. The owner asks for females only, no smoking, no couples, and no pets (including service animals. It is also a $500 security deposit plus $600 for rent monthly. You will get the security deposit back at the end of the lease.

There are three other rooms in the house. You would be sharing the bathroom with two other girls. The kitchen, living room, and backyard are all very spacious which is great for cooking or just relaxing. Other amenities we all share include a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There is garage space for your car and space on the driveway and street as well.

Overall, it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and you will often see people jogging or walking their dogs.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in October. The lease ends on the last day of May 2023. It is possible to renew the lease, you would just have to talk to the owners (who are very nice).

There are three other girls that live in the house and they are all very friendly. There have not been any issues during my stay there and they are all very good at coordinating cleaning, cooking, parking, etc.
