The apartment comes with a shared bathroom, living space, and kitchen/dining area. It’s on the second floor facing the street, with an elevator for ease of access. The apartment also has two entrances that are both secure and locked at all times, a single designated parking spot behind the building (as well as street parking), and rooftop access! It also has two air conditioners, one in my room and one in the living room! The apartment does however lack in-unit laundry, so I go to the laundromat a block over! Rent itself is $550 but splitting utilities (electricity and internet only, water is covered by the landlord) will add around $100-$125 depending on usage. When it comes to the area, it’s right in the Avenues which is already a nice area of the city, and across the street is the Governor’s Mansion! I’d say I’m pretty close to being in the heart of the city, being around 10 minutes from the University of Utah and downtown SLC, so this place is pretty great for students or anyone who likes to go out!

Hey, my name’s Richard, I’m 23 and my last roommate recently moved out so I’m looking for someone to rent out his bedroom! Obviously, my room is my own private space for the most part but aside from that I’m all for sharing the other spaces, so the TV, living room, and kitchen are all fair game. More often than not I’ll just be in my room relaxing. I like to play video games, listen to music, and watch shows/movies in my free time! I do drink occasionally and usually have a few bottles of soju chilling in the fridge. I work full-time, doing graveyard shifts over at ARUP Laboratories by the U! I like to say I’m a pretty clean guy, and I’m pretty laidback and not too loud. I love to meet new people and go out with my friends. I’m looking for a roommate to move in ASAP who’s preferably around my age (23M) but gender doesn’t matter as long as you’re chill. I don’t mind you smoking inside if it’s vape and doesn’t create a stench. I’d probably prefer becoming friends if you’re gonna be my roommate but if you want to keep things a bit more casual, I’m not opposed!
