Gated building with unit on mid level. 12 ft x 9 ft private room in a condo that is 2 bed and 2 baths. Pool and bike storage on site. Separate private bathroom that is yours to use. Shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. Whatever is there (e.g., forks, plates, etc), you can use. All utilities included except electricity.

Street parking only. If you have moped, then you may be able to fit in the one parking stall with my car.

Looking for a clean and organized person, who clean up after his/her self, such as wash your dishes after use promptly so it doesn’t get in the way.

You’ll live with a male who is a healthcare professional with two jobs. Quiet and clean. Respectful toward others. Has had two female roommates before without problems. So any gender is fine. Occasionally will have his girlfriend stay over the weekend with dog, so you need to be okay with a dog 🐕. Sorry , no additional pets allowed.
