It’s located near grocery stores, a laundry mat, and it’s only a mile away from campus. The laundry is coin operated on the property, the patio is now a catio, there are already 2 or 3 cats living in the apartment along with a dog, if you wish to have animals then they need to be ESA certified, and if you bring any animals then there will have to be a slow transition with the animals meeting each other, smoking is only allowed outside, LGBTQ+ preferred, the management company will do a background check that will cost around $50, power and internet will be split in half between you and the current resident. I’m unsure of the dimensions of the room but you can come and take a look at it to aid with your decision or pictures can be sent, the room has a closet. My name is Autumn she/they. I love the outdoors and recreational sports. I travel as much as possible but love a good quiet night at home. I’m a very social person and love meeting new people and creating community. I love to cook and meal sharing with someone would be ideal. Obviously I love critters and taking care of them, you’ll notice very quickly that all my animals have adapted adorable personalities and they’re very cuddly. I’m a full-time student and an independent contractor so my days are sometimes quite busy. I’m currently pursuing a degree in nursing.
