Unfurnished private room in 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. Seeking female roommate, NO PETS OR COUPLES. SE Portland, 52nd and Flavel. Bedroom is approx. 120 sq ft. and has a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The property has a fenced in yard, washer and dryer in unit, single car garage, and street parking available. Must be okay with living with our large dog (Belgian Malinios), she is very well behaved and is a gentle giant!
