Separate covered patio area with hammock chair and sitting area. Washer/Dryer in unit. Off street parking available for small SUV or sedan. A truck would have to street park. Lots of skylights and hardwood floors throughout. Living area is nicely furnished but would consider making space for items you would like to bring. Plenty of storage in a locking 1 car garage, outdoor storage bins, and indoor closet/cabinet storage. Plenty of space in kitchen for all your cooking items.

I’m a 36 year old single professional female, who owns a business and manages a second, as well as attends CSUCI full time. I am in and out of the house all day and sometimes gone for longer stints (up to a week). There is already one well mannered and friendly dog on the property, and unfortunately unable to have a second dog, but a cat is okay, and the dog is cat-friendly. I am easygoing, enjoy conversation and are easy to communicate with, enjoy a tidy space, and are friendly and personable. I enjoy having a roommate I can cook with or hang out with, but not required.
