Bedroom One and a half bath… bedrooms upstairs there are two closets in the bedroom one large walk-in closet and one closet with shelves all the way up and down, washer and dryer included, utilities included , Netflix and YouTube available in the living room . , community pool, front porch, back porch on corner lot, storage area in the enclosed garage walking distance to the beach restaurants and Bars in a nice neighborhood the home is built in the ‘80s it’s very comfortable I need a roommate that is responsible laid back and enjoy good company and having good friends, have to be trustworthy I don’t like stress this is the stress free zone

I am the only one that lives here I’m a Pisces I love listening to music and watching movies I love hanging outside on the front porch and listening to my Tunes I do hang out in my bedroom a lot I have medical marijuana license. cigarette smoking on the front porch or the back porch I hope to locate a great roommate on this site. just be happy that’s all anyone needs in life.
