It is a 10 minute walk to downtown and about 1-3 miles away to hip locations and restaurants. Close to the highway, there are many offerings in this location. There is plenty space in the 1150 sqft apartment and storage space to fill. The avail. room has a walk in and another smaller closet in the room with your own bathroom. Laundry is in the apartment and there is a huge patio with shading trees and quiet neighbors. The whole apartment gets great light, so it is cool even in Texas heat, and your room has its own thermostat. Since I do not have a car, the parking space is yours! Guests must register their vehicle when they visit to prevent towing, or there is plenty of open parking on the street. the property includes a gym, basketball court, pool, hot tub, entertainment and lounge area, dog park, and close access to the Trinity Trail. This is a 2nd floor unit with great views of the city.

There will be one female in the opposite room and a Support pet, but we travel often. We are outdoors active, so we are hardly indoors and quiet otherwise when home, amicable. He is a great pet and there for you when you need him.
