About the room
Offering a private 2nd floor master bedroom with walk in closet. Personal en suite full bathroom including jacuzzi. Room would be completely unfurnished.
Common areas furnished, we have an in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge as well as a drink fridge. We have a propane grill on the back patio that you are welcome to use and a covered carport with an open space available. Perhaps the best feature of this property is the wraparound porch.
The house is in a fantastic location, minutes away from the Irwin Creek Greenway and Bank of America stadium. The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is only a 15 minute drive! Scooters are frequently available nearby for quick transportation to other parts of Charlotte.
Sadly we can not accommodate pets :(

About the roomies
We are two current tenants (male 26, male 29) seeking a 3rd roommate. One roommate fully remote for work with occasional travel away from Charlotte, one roommate working hybrid with remote days and in office days. We love cooking, playing board games, watching the latest acclaimed show on HBO, Prime, or Netflix. We both keep up an active lifestyle and are frequently out and about on the weekends.
