2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom available Nov 1 in a 3 bedroom house with a 1 car garage. Really close to Balboa park and North Park. Plenty of street parking. I have a small dog and the landlord would be okay with another small dog or pet. Rent split would depend on number of roommates. We would split all other utility bills. Large room is 16 ft by 11 ft with large closet. Smaller room is 9 ft by 9 ft with small closet. Previously we gave the 1 car garage parking spot to the person in the small room. Each room $1333/month plus utilities

Currently just me. I’m 28 and an electrical engineer. I work from home full time. I’m introverted and keep to myself most of the time. I have a 7 year old sweet small dog. Looking for either one or two roommates since there are 2 spare rooms. Rent will divide up based on how many roommates in the home
