Hello! This is a wonderful peaceful area in the Jasper hills on 1.5 acres. Located just 3 miles from hwy 515, 10 minutes from Piedmont Hospital, Kroger, Ingles … There is a wonderful deck/firepit. The house (1 story) was recently remodeled and has LVP flooring in common areas and new carpet in bedrooms. Your private bath has a double sink vanity. Nice size kitchen with granite countertops. This is for a furnished room. The room has a new full size mattress. The closet is small but I am putting up additional closet space. You would be sharing the house with 1 person and a well trained aussiedoodle. Plenty of parking, gardening if you want. This is a manufactured home with bedrooms/baths on opposite ends.

About me - healthy mature woman, up early/bed early. I do not smoke although I do vape nicotine. Might have a beer or glass of wine 2-3 x a week. Love to grill steak/fish/chicken. I often work from home. I’m an artist (painter) but also do interior/exterior color consults. For fun I love to garden/bike/hike. I am Christian but consider that to be a personal journey. There are no overnights and would want the same from my roomie. My home is well organized and clean.
