This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex. There is 1 bedroom available, as we occupy the other bedroom. All bills included, the security deposit is not refundable as the rental company uses it as the last month of rent.

We keep the air at 70-75, so the electric bill is higher but we do not like it hot.

Occasionally we will have my bonus daughter there. She is 16 months old. Please be respectful of this. (A reason why we prefer a woman/non-binary/gender fluid) (yes you are a woman if you’re transitioning, I am actually non-binary) We aren’t opposed to male roommates entirely. We would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living room area.

Looking to get a washer and dryer soon. Currently we do not have one, hope to have one by the end of September. The lease is good until May. We will offer 1 month-10 months stay. We both work professional jobs as well as home-based businesses. I am also in college.

You are more than welcome to get a mini fridge as the one we have is small and we have a mini fridge for my schoolwork.

We are open to splitting up the rent differently if you are able to show proof that you can stay on top of when it is due. Lowest we can go is $550.

There is 1 F/M couple. We like to stay up late sometimes playing video games but I also work at 8 am and have college work at nights. You may only be here temporarily as we are going through some custody rights.
