Quartz Avenue

Large 15x12 1/2 room for rent in 4 bedroom 3 bath house. The house is on a quiet street near two local colleges. The bathroom is shared but has double sinks, lots of storage space and a jacuzzi tub. Roommate has access to living room and dining room as well as full kitchen and laundry privileges. Home has a large back yard with grass area, bbq, and pool. We have two small dogs but no other pets are allowed. Smoking is okay outside only. My husband and I are primary in the house with our son and we have one other roommate. Everyone is mellow and respectful of each other. The gas bill is included in the rent but DWP and WiFi/cable are separate.
