In the house currently it’s me, another room renter who is a traveling nurse who is rarely home and will only be here until April. I do have cats and change the litter daily so no smell. However, would not recommend if you have an allergy to cats. I’m an extremely quiet person. Not interested in a bunch of people tramping in and out all the time and at all hours of the day and night. My home is my sanctuary. I’m looking for a person to rent the room, not a new best friend. I am totally fine with you being in your area and me being in mine. I am renting a bedroom in my house - NOT MY BED. I am NOT looking for anything sexual. If you ask me questions about what I look like I will not respond. I just want someone who will respect my home and privacy. I will respect your privacy as well - your space is your space. Absolutely NO overnight guests, pets, or pot.
