Dolce Vita's room

Our apartment is a beautiful two story space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large windows that let in a wonderful amount of sunlight throughout the day, and hardwood floors. Right now there are two of us living there and we are looking for a third party to come join us. They would have their own room on the second floor that sits above the kitchen so they would not have to worry about footsteps, and would only be sharing a large bathroom with one other person. The apartment complex has a communal space down below that has a pool, hot tub, seating area, koi pond, gym, sauna, and steam room. There is a lobby with 24/7 security and a staff person to take in any mail that you receive which they will then text you about to come pick up at your convenience. The laundry machines are card operated and are located right below our apartment. The complex is not a loud college building, and instead is a quieter, cleaner, more sophisticated area for someone looking for a more mature living space.

Currently there are two people living in the apartment. One of us is an Italian male who just graduated UCLA pre-med and is gearing up for med school. The other is a Mexican female going into their last year of college at UCLA. We are both respectful roommates who have been friends for the past three years and are open and flexible to welcoming someone new into our home. We are clean and quiet, we enjoy hanging out as not just roommates but as friends, and are looking for someone who may want to do the same.
