We have a 1 bedroom rental for a single male or female (sorry no couples), the room is furnished and all utilities such as cable, lights, water, electricity and wifi all included. comes with washer and dryer as well which is shared among the guests. We are renting the room weekly with a first, last and security deposit equal to $750 to move in. There is a weekly lease agreement attached to the rental to protect both tenant and landlord. You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 other roommates along with common areas such as living room and kitchen. Each tenant will have their own kitchen shelf assigned to them with their room number.
