I am renting a gorgeous room with private bathroom for 2 to 3 months maximum in the South Beach area, from your window you will have breath-taking views of the Biscayne Bay and Miami Downtown. There are also two gated pools in the building. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, smart tv and huge closet. Includes WIFI and central air conditioning. This building is just minutes away from the beach. You will have access to everything, living room, spacious balcony, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The tenant will have access to washer/dryer in the unit. This place is close Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Food Market, the famous Lincoln Rd and just 15 minutes walk to the Beach. Monthly rent is $1,600 for one person. (Secure garage parking available for an extra cost).
