Hello!

We’re looking for a fourth housemate to share a room in our spacious Irvine home. We are three female working professionals in our early 30’s. One of our housemates is moving closer to where she goes to school, opening a spot in our home for someone new.

We love where we live in Irvine and the home we’ve created. We value our home as a peaceful, beautiful, clean place to rest and recharge. An ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, friendly, and kind. We value relationships and our independent lives outside the home as well as warmth and respect in sharing a home together. We value being collaborative in making decisions and maintaining the home together so that this is a comfortable place to live for all of us.

ROOM/RENT BASICS: Available Room: An upstairs primary suite bedroom featuring two closets, a private bathroom with double vanity and shower, access to outdoor balcony Room Dimensions: 14 feet by 14.5 feet (not including closet space or the hallway between one closet and the bathroom) Rent: $1500 / month + utilities (around $75/month). Move-in date: April 28th Home Management: Home is managed by a property management company, maintenance requests are handled promptly. No pets are allowed by the homeowner. Utility costs are shared equally but each housemate assumes their name under a utility.

OUR HOME: We live in a 4 bedroom, two-story home that we absolutely love. We’ve put a lot of love and care into creating a home that is enjoyable to be in! Our house has a large upstairs shared living space and two downstairs living rooms. We have an in-unit washer and dryer. In the neighborhood there are three community pools, and a small park in the middle, and access to bike paths. We have easy access to the 5 freeway, 405, and 261 toll road, the Marketplace and the District shopping areas. Just one block over we have a local Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, 99 Ranch, Mitsuwa, CVS, UPS, Starbucks, Omomo and other shops.

**Please note that our current housemate will be moving her furniture out upon her departure, so the house interior may look slightly different than the photos reflect. We will need to do some redecorating!

Kristina is an artist who loves painting, traveling, rollerblading, dancing, hiking, swimming, hanging with friends, adventuring, and all things outdoors.

Caroline loves drinking boba, cute coffee shops, watching K-dramas and playing video games. She loves fresh air, sunshine, going to the beach, and everything else to do with being on the water.

Amanda enjoys longboarding, surfing, watching movies, and playing video games. She enjoys going to museums and spontaneous driving adventures.
