I will be living on the main floor of the home (full time WFH) with my adult cat (she wanders). Additional pets are not preferred but may be negotiable with extra deposit and small pet rent fee. House is furnished but your rooms will be vacated. LGBTQ and 420 friendly

Rent $850 not including utilities (~$125 per person/month).

One other roommate - F29, currently single, working full time from home. I am LGBTQ friendly, very active (climb, yoga, bike, snowboard), enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. There will be a cat (10) and potentially a dog in the home down the line. Would prefer a clean, respectful, pet-free individual but willing to negotiate with extra deposit/pet rent.
