Basement room and plenty of space for looking roomies, main floor is the common area (kitchen, bathroom, laundry) with separation from upstairs rooms. Beautiful and fairly quiet area next to city park, very pet friendly.
*big issue for taller people I should mention: because the room is a renewed basement, anyone taller than 6’6“ might hate the room

2 upstairs occupants, owner and another roomie as well as 3 outdoor/indoor cats. Other cats and dogs welcome but must be able to get along with the cats. Need to fix up fence for dogs that need it
