Room for rent $1,300 + Utilities

Utilities $150+ a month depending on usage

Renters Insurance Required

A couple may be considered to rent out one of the rooms but will have to pay $150 extra per month.

Security Deposit = First Month + Last Month + COVID Fee (one time professional house cleaning )

Credit Check and Background Check Required.

Min 6 Month Lease, shorter lease = slightly higher rent.

About The House:

The home is in the corner of one of the spacious streets on Michelson about 5 mins from the main UCI campus. It’s been recently remodeled and has some renovations going on atm (will last until October). There are tons of space/parking. I use the garage as on office and have some areas for storage but the rest of the house is shared. Big living room/dining area, jacuzzi, community pool and awesome neighbors. The house is 1,800+sqft and very spacious/ open). There is space to be w/ the roommates and private areas, outside of rooms. We keep the house very clean, no shoes inside everybody cleans up after themselves and we clean up in general together.

Spot is literally 2 mins from the 405, 5 mins away from TWO different LA fitnesses and 15 mins away from beach. Hardworking house with young energetic people.

My family will visit every few months from Turkey, where all of us will give them their space and show them respect. They will stay in my room.

There will be no more than one party a year in the house but it is okay to bring some friends over for dinner or bbq at a reasonable amount.

I have a cat named Onion until September because of special circumstances (she is very friendly). She will be flown away in September and no pets are allowed otherwise as per landlord rules.

You will share the bathroom with my roommate (24 yo male)

About Me:

My name is Alp Can, 20 Y/O currently developing an app. I am the current tenant of this awesome 1,800+ sqft house in Irvine. Used to live here with my family who have all moved away, now I’m renting two rooms (shared bathroom w/ other roommate). I spend my days running around or working out of my garage office w/ my co-founder. I work long hours, travel, rarely go out, and generally very work focused. I am also an avid spear fisherman and like to go diving when the weather permits. I like to have fun but always as a reward for work and do not routinely go out.
