Susan's room

My house is a California Bungalow 5 blocks from the beach with close bus access to CSULB and California Community College. I have off-street parking, washer and dryer and kitchen privileges, with utilities included. The room is fully furnished with queen bed, dresser and small desk. There is a 1/2 bath all yours; we will share the shower.

I am a professional senior woman who will be substitute teaching and proofreading papers for college. I retired from the Museum of Latin American Art as their Volunteer Manager. I love art and volunteer, so the job was ideal. I enjoy reading and travel and my friends.
