The house is a 3 bed 2 bad property with a spacious lush green back yard, ample parking space, detached garage converted into a multimedia entertainment space.

My gf of 8 years and I are looking for more room so we are moving into a house instead of a condo. She is a massive tea, fairies, nature gal and I’m a goofy, fun loving, adventurer. We both love games and host little game nights from time to time. Rent may be significantly less if another couple of friends we know decides they want to move into the 3rd room (one is a soft spoken stocks guy and the other a sweet Filipino baker). Looking for someone clean, good around pets, good credit (or has a cosigner who has it), doesn’t smoke, and well mannered. Otherwise we are easy going and look forward to knowing you.
