This property is located in Saginaw, close to Meacham Airport and just a few minutes from downtown Fort Worth. We have an available room that is 11’x 16’ with two windows, a closet, ceiling fan, TV and a full-size bed. This room comes furnished and all bills paid. The renter has access to their own bathroom, refrigerator, washer/dryer and will share the kitchen. This room is available 8-22-2022 to 12-22-2022.

We have four cats, and we are cat and dog friendly. Discussion regarding renter’s animals upon interview. Interested parties in renting have to be clean, organized, stable and employed.

We are a clean, organized and structured family. My wife and I are both employed, and we occupy the property. There are no children. We work morning hours into the afternoon. Specific details will be discussed with the appropriate renter.
