The main house is located at a corner and spaced from neighbors. The back opens to a spectacular view of open space and you will enjoy the evening rays of the setting sun as well as the morning beams of the rising sun. It is a large second generation with two houses in one. The Next Gen suit is rented out. There are 4 BR in the main house all up stairs. Laundry is upstairs as well.
This room is at a farthest corner after the Laundry and Bathroom. This location makes it to be among the noise-proofed rooms in the house. Comes with a min fridge and a smart TV.
