Two story house with bedrooms upstairs. Laundry and shared bathroom on same level. Decent size bedroom with own closet, ceiling fan, and TV hookup. (Internet included in rent) The main level has living room, full size kitchen, and a half bath.

Two of us living here right now. One male and one female. Person must be ok with two dogs. We are both low key people. Enjoy movies in the evening, shared dinners, the occasional walk, and great conversations. Prefer a female roommate 25 to 45 range. No parties. No cats. Other pets negotiable and must clean up after themselves. Month to month rent with 30 day notice.
