It is a two bedroom apartment, You get your own room and bathroom! Shared living room and kitchen. It is fully furnished and really nice. Parking is only $25 to get a space. Pool and gym available to residents. Definitely a student living situation! The only bill that can cost more is electricity, but other than that rent covers it.

So far it’s just me, I am super easy going and enjoy relaxing and nights in! I’m a sophomore at the university of Arkansas and enjoy church, football games, and hiking! I’d love to meet someone who attends my school! I’m super flexible and easy going, I’m also clean and respect our shared space! I’m more soft spoken and but also open up once I know you!
