Nice single room. Privacy. We keep to ourselves. Neighbors are great. Nice/quiet neighborhood. Well kept property. My son has ADHD so he talks a lot but he stays with me he won’t bother you or your room . I’m a very kind/considerate person. Need a roommate to help pay bills . I don’t have company very often. I have 2 dogs . One small one medium size. I’m very kind but I will not tolerate disrespect of any kind. I’m nice and I expect that in return lol . I have central heat and air but it doesn’t cool the extra room very well so I put a small window unit in there. The heat works fine. Nice apartment. Big . Plenty of room. I’m not picky or judgemental. I’m very loving. Just expect respect that’s all.
