South Humboldt Street

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of December :) There will be an option to renew your lease after that. The house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the University of Denver! It has great access to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and public transportation.

The unit is downstairs and has a private bedroom and its own bathroom (unfurnished). The house is in University Park/Platt Park area- walking distance from DU campus, Wash Park, and Pearl St. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, nice yard, brand new kitchen, and plenty of street parking.

All bills (including wifi) are included in the monthly payment :)

You would be living with Adi, your new roommate and landlord. She has two adorable cats (that does mean no new pets, though).
