Dedicated room (and a half) and private bathroom for rent in a nice neighborhood in south Napa. It is handy for commutes to Sonoma, corporate winery buildings in south napa, downtown Napa, or to get out to the freeways (12, 29, 121) really easily. There is also a nice cool breeze every evening from Carneros. Stores are walking distance.

Community was built about 15 years ago 1700 Square Feet 2 story (beds, full showers, and laundry upstairs) 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms Garage Fireplace 2 Refrigerators / Freezers (1 is tenant-owned) Dishwasher Stove and Oven Microwave Washer/Dryer in laundy room Central AC / Heating Small Side Yard Front Porch Homeowner Association handles Landscaping except our yard. Exterior painting every 8 years in this development.

You’d be sharing this space with one older respectful male that has lived here about 8 years. A separate landlord handles the lease. It would be month to month. There will be an application but no fee.

I am pretty laid back, will mind my own business, and give you 50% of the place. You’ll for sure get some alone time. We do have to pay water, garbage, PGE and internet averaging about $150/month when split 50/50. Maybe we can split some of the streaming TV logins if it works out, there isn’t currently cable service just internet. Bills are payable to me around the 5th of each month, some in advance, some based on usage. Water is every 2 months.

There are currently some gaps that allow more furniture and there is plenty of storage areas. I am not against replacing my stuff with better versions as applicable.

Basically you’d have your private room and bath and can share the additional bedroom (I just have a computer desk/office in there now), closet in there is all yours, etc.

I am only looking to share the place with 1 other person and to keep bills low while I save up. I have the master bedroom and am planning to park in the garage so I am paying more either way.
