Available now. Dedicated room and private bathroom for rent in a nice neighborhood in south Napa. There’s a 3rd bedroom that we can share unless you want both bedrooms, but I do not want to have 2 people moving in so there’s that. Just looking for one other person to share cheaper rent. The extra room is good for storage, a game room, an office, or a tv room. I like to have access to the windows on that side of the house to some extent is mainly why it’s shared. The main bedroom for rent does not share any walls with the other housemate, which is nice.

The location is handy for commutes to Sonoma, corporate winery buildings in south napa, downtown Napa, or to get out to the freeways (12, 29, 121) really easily. There is also a nice cool breeze every evening from Carneros. Stores are walking distance.

You’ll be sharing this home with one respectful, older male who has lived here for 10 years. I am clean, quiet, and courteous, valuing both friendly interactions and personal space. I’m looking for someone to share the rent cost but am mature enough to ensure a professional and harmonious living arrangement. I am laid-back, mind my own business, and ensure you get plenty of alone time.

The landlord handles the lease and ultimately will determine if you’re qualified if it seems like we’d be a good fit. It would be month to month right from the beginning.

FINANCIAL DETAILS & LEASE INFO: Rent: Monthly rent $1250

Utilities Split: Estimated Monthly Split: $150-200 per person/month. We’ll split utilities 50/50, which includes water, garbage, PGE (electricity/gas), and internet if we want it.

Lease Term: Month-to-month, direct with the landlord.

Total Move in Cost: $3,750. Landlord requires first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit totaling 3 x $1250. Rent will be prorated if moving mid-month. You’ll get back full deposit unless you thrash the place.

Streaming/Cable: We can discuss sharing streaming services or cable to cut costs

You’d be sharing this space with one older respectful male that has lived here about 8 years. I am pretty laid back, will mind my own business, and give you 50% of the place. You’ll for sure get some alone time. I don’t have guests over all that often and am more often out travelling with my gf.
