About the room
- Private room with two windows (one facing the backyard), fan, and closet.
- Bills include $500 rent plus gas, electric, water/trash, lawn care in the summer. Lawn care cost can be avoided if you want to mow. I do have a mower that can be used. Bills will be split down the center. Photo included for the average costs as well as the max costs.
- Roommate will need to be on the lease (this lease is up at the end of November, but I plan to resign.)
- Roommate will also need to sign a roommate agreement which can be reviewed prior to signing.
- Everything furnished except bedroom. Can provide some furniture if needed for a fee (nightstand, dresser, desk, decorations)
- Property has security cameras.
- Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, crockpot, rice cooker, blender, chopper, toaster over, Instapot (and normal kitchen things like plates and such). Roommate is welcome to these items.
- Fenced backyard with table and chairs on the patio.
- Garage has attic storage.
- Parking is driveway or street.
- Living room includes sectional, tv, tv trays, pull out twin sofa, and wii.
- Pets can be discussed, but discouraged.
About the roomies
- There are a total of two rooms (mine and future roomie).
- I am a data analyst at a local bank as well as a part-time server. I am mostly home in the late evenings and some weekends, but stay pretty busy. - I am very outgoing and enjoy talking and getting to know others. But I am also respectful of personal space and if you want to be alone, I am very respectful of that.
- I do have one dog and one cat. They are very friendly and love people. There is a dog door so they come and go as they want.
