Bedroom in New Townhome for Rent in the Green Lake/Greenwood Neighborhood

Hey folks! My boyfriend and I, who are both in our 20’s are looking for an adult roommate, preferably in their 20’s, to move into the private bedroom on the 2nd floor of our townhome.

You would have a bathroom right next to your room, a household washer and dryer, full kitchen and rooftop access.

This townhome is accessible from the I-5 exit for 85th Ave, and is about 4 min away from the N/S entrance. It is about 7 minutes from Fremont, 10 minutes to Ballard and 12 minutes to Downtown Seattle.

Parking is free and is first come first serve in the neighborhood. The home is furnished in the common spaces, such as the living room and rooftop, but the bedroom is unfurnished and you would need to provide your own shower curtain.

The rent is $1200 monthly and the utilities would be split 3 ways evenly. This townhome is only available for a one year lease and is available as of September 1st for move-in, with no pets allowed. No smoking allowed inside the unit and renters insurance is required. We do have a cat so if there are allergies, please be aware before requesting a viewing.
