Room near CSUN Perfect for students, grads, and young adults working in the entertainment industry! Super quiet and safe neighborhood in Sherman Oaks. Available for immediate move-in! (we move in the 20th but can move in now)
All utilities are covered with $1200 monthly rent - neighborhood street parking (plenty of open parking). The $500 deposit is non-refundable! (It covers the rest of the month of August.)
Amenities: Washer/Dryer, ac/heat (nest), smart lock doors, Ring camera security, range oven and fridge, water filtration system (clean water on tap), microwave.
No parties! (sorry;-;) a few guests are welcome, though, for dinner/cocktail nights! Small get-togethers are okay, but no ragers.
FULLY FURNISHED beautiful house!! (including kitchen, bathroom, linens, living room, & tech).
Must be okay with a cat!
About the roomies
Chloë (23) - Senior at CSUN; film major; production designer; owns a sweet black cat! I am addicted to coffee and I bake incessantly so be prepared to have food shoved in your mouth. I’m a slut for Halloween and modern vintage decor. (IG: chloe_benz)
Chandini (chahn-duh-nee) (22) - Junior at CSUN; interactive media major; A dope VR and 3D media queen. She is addicted to tea and cooks awesome food. An absolute plant fiend.
We both share a snobbitude for espresso. You MUST like coffee…I’m just kidding but I will judge you but I’m just kidding…T_T We enjoy watching movies and playing video games, and listening to music - particularly indie alternative, rock, bedroom pop, jazz, and dance (we enjoy almost every genre).
Note: we are rather clean and neat people. We would like to have a roomie that cleans up well after themselves including when cooking, after eating (doing their dishes and such), and using the shared amenities. Your room, however, is your own! We are excited to meet you! -C
