You will be responsible to pay for a background check and a credit check and supply rental references 3 bd 2 bth 2 story townhouse in a quiet part of Chico. Small backyard ,single car garage. Washer and dryer in the garage So not enough room to park a vehicle in there but you could store a few things. You would have the downstairs bathroom. Other than if there’s a visitor over or we’re downstairs in need to use the toilet that’s the only time you would share that bathroom. The upstairs bathroom would be my private bathroom and because I have a compromised immune system it’s off limits to anyone except for me. Unless it’s an emergency you would need to use the downstairs restroom. Absolutely no couples and no overnight visitors. No children and no pets I have a small medical alert dog and a little black cat that keeps her company. Rent would be $875 a month which includes utilities and once a month house cleaning. No overnight visitors and no one coming over on a regular basis. I’m looking for a quiet clean respectful honest responsible roommate. The first 30 days you will be renting as a Lodger . Same as renting a hotel room. That protects both you and me if you end up being some type of violet person I can ask you to leave immediately with no repercussions and you can choose to leave with no repercussions you will have no rights as a tenant. If at the end of the 30 days we decide that we could be roommates and that it would work out then we’ll draw up a month to month tenancy. You will be subletting a room from me the room is unfurnished the rest of the house is furnished so there’s not room for your furniture other than in your room there is not any storage area a small little area in the garage for maybe a bicycle a couple of boxes but other than your closet your bedroom and that little space there will be no other storage. There is a small backyard we do have a patio if you have some nice outdoor furniture specifically outdoor furniture we consider putting it back there I only have a couple of chairs out there right now. I’m working on a real Landscaping the yard cuz right now it’s just dirt and weeds. There isn’t a patio cover either so if you have any furniture you want out there then it will get rained on so if it’s not water repellent not something you want to put out there. There will be no parking of motorcycles quads or any motorized vehicles in the yard or in the garage. We have a single Lane driveway so they’ll be room for just one vehicle behind my vehicle there is parking on the street it’s pretty full if you have a second vehicle you welcome to try to park it on the street. Rent is $875 a month inclusive of everything. The only time that would change is if you’re using excessive amount of water and we get a water fine then you would have to pay the water fine. If your excessively dirty not cleaning up behind yourself then you’re going to have to pay for a house cleaner to come every week at your expense which is about $100 a week. Honestly if you can’t clean up behind yourself you’re not going to be a good fit and you really don’t want to apply. I do keep my home clean and I’ll expect you to do so as well. What you do in your bedroom is your own business as long as you’re not damaging the walls of the floor and you’re not playing music super loud I don’t care how you keep your room but the bathroom that is downstairs that everybody sees will need to be kept Clean and Clear of clutter.
