About the room
The apartment comes with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a large patio. Your room will have a huge walk-in closet, and personal bathroom.
The floor plan is amazing. The apartment is in a community called “The Knolls” the community has two swimming pools and four spas, a fireside lounge, a clubhouse with big-screen television and library, and a complete fitness facility including two racquetball courts, and a lighted tennis court.
The apartment is very close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. My roommate is moving out so I need someone to take over her portion of the lease.
Please note that we will work with the leasing office to transfer the lease and they will do a background check and credit check.
The move-in date can be in the first week of October.
The room is unfurnished so you will have to bring your own furniture.

About the roomies
I’m a 22-year-old college student finishing up my degree at CSUN! I’m a pretty laid-back person don’t smoke but do drink occasionally. I keep things pretty clean around the apartment and would prefer someone who is similarly clean and chill.
