This is a large house w over 4000 sq feet. Room is in upstairs has a walk in closet, larger than average room and comes with shared bath. Quiet neighborhood w friendly neighbors. Neighbors are mainly retirees w some young families. Beautiful yard / garden w flowers and vegetables and fruit trees. There is ample Street parking.
Few house rules:
Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am. Non smoking. No parties. No smoking. No outside shoes in house. Cat ok.

Owner does most of yard work.
