Ben's room

This is a large house w over 4000 sq feet. Room is upstairs and a large walk in closet. Quiet neighborhood w friendly neighbors. Neighbors are mainly retirees w some young families. Beautiful yard / garden w flowers and vegetables and fruit trees. There is ample Street parking.
Few house rules:
Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am. Non smoking. No parties. No smoking. No outside shoes in house. Cat ok.

Owner does most of yard work.

Current roommates get along well. Looking for someone quiet and clean. Ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, easy going and gets along well with others. Goal is for household to be low drama harmonious and clutter free. We have one sweet cat.
