I am offering a private room (10’ x 13’) in a 3 bedroom split level house (0.5 mi to TCNJ, 1.8 mi to Rider, 7.8 mi to Princeton) The room is next to another bedroom and my office at the second floor together with an open kitchen. The bathroom for the guest room is downstairs and has recently been renovated. Further amenities include: free parking onsite, high speed internet, outside pool, indoor fireplace and a treadmill.

I am a scientist working in pharma (50% from home). I am mostly very busy with work, but when I have time I like to go fishing, to the city to see a broadway show or play soccer. Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking and part of the fridge for your groceries.
