Kyle's room

I am in the process of closing on my house at the end of the month and will be looking for 1 to 2 roommates in my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house, within a mile of the UMass hospital campus. I have 2 bedrooms upstairs available (each is 12’x20’ and furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, 2 twin beds which could be converted into king sized beds, and a closet). You would have access to and use of the rest of the house, including bathrooms, living space, kitchen, and laundry in the basement. Monthly rent is $900, which includes utilities. Please note that the pictures of the bedrooms are not yet up-to-date. I am in the process of purchasing new furniture for the rooms.
