Vicki's room

My home is located less than a block from the beach at the Huntington Street entrance in an all ages manufactured home community in Huntington Beach. It’s walking distance to Main Street, Pacific City and the pier. The community has a heated pool with a jacuzzi tub. The bedroom and and bath are private. The bedroom measures 12 feet x 10 feet plus the closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a shared driveway under the carport. The kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, washer, dryer, trash compactor and toaster oven will be available to share. There will be separate pantry for you. Wifi is available at no cost. This room will not be furnished. I have a medium size dog that does not enter the hall, bedrooms or bathrooms. I have 3 cats that generally hide from everyone but me. The room will be available on October 21.

I am a single woman and own my home. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so no sharing except for the kitchen and laundry area. I work two part-time jobs from home. I’m quiet and keep to myself, usually no company other than family.
