I have a large master bedroom, private bath with extra storage closet room in Rohnert Park. 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. The room is located upstairs, private floor, and no one below you ( room located above the garage) This is a pet-friendly home and I have two Australian Shepherds. Well mannered, potty trained small/ medium dog considered with additional pet deposit and monthly fee.

The room is unfurnished with brand new laminate floors, paint, and updated bathroom. Room is approximately 18.5 x 14 ft. Bathroom is 8.5 x 4.5 ft and storage closet is 7x4 ft. One parking space available in driveway.

Utilities are not included: PG&E, and water will be split.

Included: Wifi Internet, garbage, brand new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer use in garage.

We are walking distance from SSU (3 minutes) and about 10 minutes to Petaluma / Santa Rosa via Petaluma Hill road.

We are neat, clean, and simple living environment. Other two rooms are down stairs and occupied by myself and 9 year old son who is home half the time.

Available to a clean, positive professional/ student who appreciates cleanliness, organization, quality of life, courtesy and comfort. No drugs/drama/420/smoke. Restrained alcohol use.

Rental is month-to-month - $1300 + one month security deposit (single occupancy), available August 21st!
