Hello! The home is a brand new build and prior to my purchase, was the model home for McStain Builders in the Painted Prairie community. Painted Prairie is the newest development by the same developer that masterminded Stapleton in Denver. The community has pocket parks throughout Painted Prairie, and a larger park-space with meandering bike and walking paths, grass, and playgrounds that is less than a 5-minute walk. There are frequent community events, including the Fall Harvest Fest that had horse-drawn carriage rides, a pumpkin patch, food trucks, and live music, the Winter Festival, and movies in the park. The home is approximately 2700 square feet tri-level home. The main level features a large entry way, living room, kitchen, office, powder room, and exercise room. The house is on a southwestern corner, so there is always lots of light in the house thanks to the 300 days of sunshine Colorado experiences! We are near DIA and major highways, making it easy to get to where you need to go. The space available for rent is 557 sq. feet, it is located on the lower level, and includes a fully furnished bedroom, full bath, and a living room area (50-inch TV included). Rent includes all utilities, water, trash, recycle, and WiFi.

The two human ladies living here are my cousin and me (the homeowner); the non-human ladies include an English bulldog named Moo and a hurricane Katrina rescued cat, Zoe. Zoe does not leave the master bedroom on the upper level and there is a baby gate upstairs preventing her from doing so. Moo sticks close to her mom, and thus does not venture down to the lower level. She does have access to the main level however. Our bedrooms are on the upper level, which means that there are two levels between our bedrooms and yours. We are clean and organized individuals, so we would appreciate someone that is like-minded. We are both early to bed, early to rise due to our job requirements; I also work from home but my office has a door that I can shut if needed. Our ages are 38 and 41, so we are looking for a mature, respectful, and tidy person. Additionally, due to the current occupancy limits, we are requesting no additional pets.
