Room is unfurnished. I do currently have 2 Akita dogs and 2 kitties, so you MUST BE ok with that. No additional pets and no additional peeps to stay over (including kids).

LOCATION: Central to 14 fwy., Edwards Air Force Base, Boeing, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation. Close to malls, shops, restaurants, markets, gas stations, Jet Hawks Baseball Stadium, AV Fairgrounds, Ampitheatre (30th St. West & Rancho Vista).

MONTH-TO-MONTH - Total move in $800 for 1st month and $300 deposit, ($1,100 total). Deposit is 100% refundable as long as the room is in the same condition as it was originally offered at move-in time.

We are all super chill, hard-working and easy going. Drama not welcomed!

Alarm system is in place…very safe neighborhood.

Currently, we have 3 roommates that are busy professionals. One I hardly see as he is constantly on the road, 1 is a student and the other is here temporarily. I don’t see them very much, but they are great in passing.
