The second floor unit comes with a washer-dryer, balcony, valet packages & trash, and is about 15 minutes from downtown or 10 from the Domain. We’re also super close to the metro rail!
You would be moving in with my college roommate Dynesha & her dog Reggie (friendly lovable Lab mix).
Rent is $1042 per person per month plus utilities. Parking is free! The applicant would need to apply to be background checked through our complex (see photo). I can also submit videos by DM & answer any questions you may have. I PAID AUGUST RENT & YOU CAN MOVE IN AS SOON AS YOU PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK. The lease is through June 2023.
