2bd/2ba condo in arcadia area!

renovated unit near the canal and all the great restaurants in arcadia, in unit washer/dryer, 2 community pools, one covered parking spot and plenty of uncovered next to the unit. about 10 minutes from both fashion square and the 51 or 202 freeways.

rent is $1,700 per month total ($800/$900 depending on which bedroom you want — the bedroom with furniture in the pictures is the $800, i’m open to either room!). this includes water, trash, and HOA.

electricity, gas, and internet are separate and are normally ~$75-100 per person a month.

security deposit is $250 per person and renters insurance is $99.47 per person.

i do have a 2-year old cat, she’s super sweet and a little timid. we both have asthma, so no tobacco smokers! cannabis in general is OK but ideally outside unless it’s edibles!
